We welcome players from diverse backgrounds, including past and present competitive players involved in various tennis competitions such as high school and college teams, club tennis, USTA tournaments, national or regional tournaments in your respective locations and leagues.

Volunteer hours and points can be easily tracked within their profiles and they can collect badges based on the number of volunteer hours. Check out our LTVP rewards program and how you can collect badges. Our player coaches can get an official letstennis volunteer certificate at any time.

How do I get my volunteer hours certificate?

As a player coach , you can request a summary of your volunteer hours at any time by emailing us from  the contact feature or  the chat functionality on any page. We will summarize your hours and events from your profile and provide an official volunteer certificate.

Can I host coaching events in my local community?

Absolutely! We encourage player coaches to host coaching events during summer or weekends when they are not in school or not competing. Whether it's a group training session on how to get started or a skills workshop or a tournament preparation clinic, you have the flexibility to organize events that suit your expertise and schedule. Go to "Host an Event"  from your profile, fill out the details about the event . Once the event is approved and booked, share the link in the community forum under "Coaching Events," allowing community members to register. Find a tennis court in your community and make sure  it can be blocked and available for your event duration.

No, coaching sessions can be conducted both online and in person. We provide a platform for player coaches to offer virtual coaching sessions, making it convenient to connect globally regardless of location.

Do you have professional coaches on your platform?

While we do not feature professional coaches in our platform, most of our competitive players are trained for years by professional coaches. They are deeply grateful for the guidance and mentorship they receive and are dedicated to passing on these learnings to spread their passion for the game in their communities.

If there is a fee to rent a tennis court , can that be passed on to the student?

We understand that there might be a cost for booking tennis courts in some locations. While our platform does not have the ability to process payments, we encourage our player coaches to discuss with students to make sure this cost can be covered. When our player coaches are scheduling multi-hour coaching events, there might be additional costs incurred that would be paid for directly by the students attending the event

How can my young child sign up as a student?

We recommend our students be a minimum of 13 years old to sign up for themselves.. And we expect parents sign up to our platform as a student on behalf of their young child and coordinate connecting with player coaches and scheduling sessions for their young child.

Booking a coaching session is simple! Browse through our player coach profiles and choose a convenient time slot from their availability calendar to connect. We suggest to follow and message the player coach to confirm their availability prior to booking. Once booked, you'll receive confirmation details and instructions for the session. Coaching sessions can be both online or in-person.
